Definitely non-static. But some powerful spells and skills should have a reasonable cast time to make the game balanced for non-ranged classes
I’d like to keep it as it is. For me it’s perfect, GW1 style combat. One action at a time. When you fight, you fight. When you run, you run.
Depends. Pros and cons. Overall I think that static combat is best suited for mobile games.
The non static combat would/should be similar to WoW or OaC. OaC made it work very well and as a result it is the most popular mobile mmorpg of all time. Non static combat is primarily for more interesting, engaging, and fun dungeons that static combat can’t provide.
